Job Overview:

The Packsize Machine Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining the Packsize Box-Making Machine to produce assigned jobs according to job ticket specifications while meeting production requirements. This role ensures the quality and accuracy of products and maintains records of production.

Available Shifts and Pay Rates:

1st Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM. Pay: $18.50-$20.00/hr.

What You'll Do:

• Operate and maintain the Packsize Box-Making Machine.
• Load materials and inspect products for accuracy and quality.
• Monitor production runs and make adjustments as needed.
• Keep records of production and move finished materials to the correct area.
• Perform basic maintenance and keep the work area clean.
• Follow all safety rules and assist with other tasks as needed.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous machine operation experience required; Packsize experience strongly preferred.
• Able to read a tape measure and perform basic math.
• Detail-oriented and quality-focused.
• Able to stand for an 8+ hour shift.
• Willing to work overtime or weekends when needed.
• Organized, dependable, and a team player.
• High school diploma or GED.
