Job Overview:

We're looking for a hands-on, reliable Maintenance Apprentice to support our Maintenance Manager with day-to-day upkeep and repair of our facility and production equipment. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in quality work, and is eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Shift Details:

1st Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM.

What You'll Do:

• Assist with general maintenance and repair of the building and production equipment.
• Change air filters, replace lighting, and handle minor electrical tasks.
• Hang signage, TVs, shelving, and other fixtures.
• Perform light construction and demolition work as needed.
• Help with basic janitorial tasks to maintain a clean facility.
• Support preventative maintenance efforts and update maintenance records.
• Order supplies and manage small projects.
• Participate in safety walks and improvement projects.

What We're Looking For:

• Strong skills and confidence using a wide variety of hand and power tools.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Able to read simple blueprints or diagrams.
• Technical degree preferred; experience in the printing industry is a plus.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in the industrial maintenance field.
• Willingness and ability to lift/move materials as needed.
• Strong attention to detail and a positive, service-focused attitude.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) and general computer systems.
• Some leadership or supervisory experience is helpful.
