Job Overview:

The VP of Technology will drive the development and implementation of technology best practices across the organization. This role is responsible for leading and managing the technology team, ensuring that all technical objectives are met. Key areas of focus include risk management, resource allocation, project prioritization, and the evaluation and recommendation of new systems, tools, and software solutions. The VP will play a critical role in shaping the organization's technology direction and ensuring its alignment with overall business goals.

1st Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.




What You'll Do:

  • Set the overall technical vision and strategy for products.
  • Align technology decisions with business goals and market needs.
  • Make critical architectural decisions that impact product scalability and competitiveness.
  • Evaluate and adopt new technologies to gain competitive advantages.
  • Lead and mentor development and IT teams.
  • Work closely with the QA team to ensure high-quality standards.
  • Collaborate with the Product Manager on roadmap planning and execution.
  • Foster a positive engineering culture focused on innovation and quality.
  • Oversee system architecture and key design decisions.
  • Ensure technical scalability as the customer base grows.
  • Manage technical debt and drive refactoring initiatives.
  • Establish coding standards, best practices, and development processes.
  • Implement security, compliance, and data protection measures.
  • Participate in strategic business decisions with the CEO, President, and Executive Team.
  • Translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Support sales and marketing with technical insight and expertise.
  • Manage technology partnerships and vendor relationships.
  • Guide product development to ensure technical feasibility of new features.
  • Oversee Continuous Improvement/Continuous Delivery pipeline and software deployment
  • processes.
  • Make critical decisions about the technology stack and infrastructure.



What We're Looking For:

  • 10+ years of experience in technology leadership.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven track record leading development teams and launching software products.
  • Extensive experience leading development teams and managing software product launches.
  • Experience in marketing technology organizations (MarTech).
  • Familiarity with modern development tools and frameworks; hands-on development experience is a plus.
  • Experience leading hybrid and remote teams across multiple locations.
  • Comfortable making strategic technology decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communicator and cross-functional collaborator.
  • Innovative, detail-oriented, and accountable leadership style.
  • Familiarity with the Laravel TALL stack (Tailwind CSS, Alpine.js, Laravel, Livewire) is a plus.
  • Understanding of cybersecurity best practices and compliance standards strongly preferred.
