Job Overview:

The Junior Project Manager will play a critical role in managing customer specifications, facilitating project workflows, and ensuring timely and high-quality project delivery. The ideal candidate will excel at problem-solving, automation, and communication, driving continuous improvement in a collaborative environment.

Shift Details:

1st Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.

What You'll Do:

• Review customer specifications, gather necessary details, and prepare accurate job estimates.
• Generate and send quotes to customers, ensuring all specifications are properly addressed.
• Manage projects from initiation to completion, including digital storefront orders and production tracking.
• Maintain and update schedules, ensuring job timelines are accurate and met.
• Communicate with customers about approvals, production updates, and any changes to the project.
• Monitor and update job statuses in EFI Epace, ensuring administrative details are accurate and current.
• Complete and submit customer billing to accounting in a timely manner.
• Work with internal teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes.
• Build and maintain a catalog of customer product types to streamline future estimating and production.
  

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in project management, business, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required, with the ability to use formulas, analyze data, and manage spreadsheets.
• Experience using workflow tools like Smartsheet or similar platforms; EFI Epace experience is a plus.
• Strong background in project management and customer service, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in the graphic communication or print production industry is preferred but not required.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to think critically and proactively address challenges.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of effectively engaging with customers and internal teams.
• A passion for process improvement and automation to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
