Job Overview:

The Fulfillment/Kitting Lead oversees daily operations of custom healthcare kitting lines, coordinating hourly and temporary employees to ensure customer requirements for quality and delivery schedules are met. This role focuses on team leadership, process improvement, and maintaining a productive work environment.

Shift Details:

1st Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM.

What You'll Do:

• Coordinate hourly and temporary employees on custom healthcare kitting lines to meet quality and delivery schedules.
• Ensure adherence to schedules, set ship dates, and must-arrive-by dates, while aligning inventory pulls with shipping timelines.
• Evaluate processes regularly and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency, operations, and customer satisfaction.
• Provide performance feedback to leadership, highlighting achievements, challenges, and areas for improvement.
• Train and equip team members with the tools and resources needed to perform effectively, fostering a positive and motivated work environment.
• Manage workflow to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and in line with departmental standards.
• Enforce company policies, including attendance, cell phone usage, and other workplace expectations.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Area Leader.
  

What We're Looking For:

• A minimum of two years of experience in fulfillment or warehousing, with a strong preference for candidates with previous leadership experience.
• Experience coordinating hourly or temporary staff, ideally in manufacturing or kitting environments.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple schedules and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for team leadership and collaboration.
• Ability to identify process inefficiencies and implement improvements.
• Proficiency in inventory systems, warehouse tools, Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and browser-based platforms.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, customer-focused attitude.
• Physical ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs, maintaining a hands-on leadership approach.
